Survey

Before the installation takes place an engineer will visit your venue and conduct a comprehensive technical survey. We will coordinate with you to ensure correct water and power arrangements are in place and agree the best location for your new equipment.

Installation

We provide a seamless experience and the engineer who undertook the initial survey will be present for the installation. We always install the correct water filtration system to guarantee you great tasting drinks and extended machine life.

Training

Our certified baristas will provide complimentary on site staff training for your team once the install is completed. We make sure your staff are comfortable with their new equipment and ready to serve the very best tasting coffee.

Technical Support

We excel in this critical area and are passionate about providing the highest levels of technical support. Offering both routine maintenance and servicing along with emergency breakdown cover, you can take advantage of our great value Zilia 360 service plan* or we can attend to your needs on a PAYG basis.
